Removing organic materials from metal parts

PAINT STRIPPING & REMOVING ORGANIC MATERIALS FROM METAL PARTS

Removing organic materials from metal parts icon

Removing organic materials from metal parts and paint stripping is performed with a machine that uses silica sand.

Air is injected into the bottom part of the chamber forming a fluidized bed at a temperature of 450°C. By combining the sand´s friction and the high temperature, the parts introduced into the machine in a small basket are cleaned through a one-hour cycle.

This process enables cleaning, for example, of the hanging hooks used in the painting process without affecting the steel's properties, as well as the recovery of metallic parts that have been painted or covered with some organic product, plastic, polyurethane, etc., and can be reused.

Its capacity is for 3 cubic meters and the pieces can be 80 cm wide by 100 cm high and 280 cm long.
