Our Story
1995
Scanpaint is founded with a Swedish electrostatic powder coating line.
2000
We installed a second electrostatic paint line, of Danish origin, to elevate service efficiency and quality.
2003
A 5-stage washer focused on degreasing and phosphating is installed, and we obtain ISO 9001 certification.
2008
We introduced a zirconium pretreatment (equivalent to zinc phosphate) through a third Danish electrostatic paint line.
2012
We installed our first E-Coating line, focused on the automotive industry.
2013
We obtain ISO TS certification.
2016
We installed our second E-Coating line.
2017
A fourth electrostatic paint line is installed, focused on multi-metal pretreatment.
2018
We obtain IATF 16949 certification.
2020
We built our third production plant.
2022
We installed our fifth powder coating line and obtained ISO 14001 certification.
2023
We installed our sixth and seventh powder coating lines across two production plants.
