Partnership with ISO 17025-certified laboratories and support for test coordination
Coordination of external testing with certified laboratories, integrating technical validation as part of the project release and follow-up process.
Evaluations are conducted in line with the client’s specification and, where applicable, include mandatory tests within the PPAP framework and periodic revalidations throughout the project life.
Scanpaint manages the issuance of formal reports and the integration of results for communication with the client or corresponding OEM.
Priority response to urgencies and 24/6 operation
We ensure the flexibility needed to resolve unexpected issues and meet demand. We also provide service windows with specific schedules for loading and unloading.
Scheduled operation from Monday 6:00 a.m. to Saturday 9:00 p.m., with line activation based on load and project requirements.
Structured planning allows us to address priority requirements within the established operational framework, maintaining control over capacity, timing, and resources.
Storage
Scheduled storage capacity for finished goods within group facilities, integrating areas configured with greater height to optimize handling and storage density.
Our infrastructure includes spaces with racking up to 13 meters high and specialized handling equipment, enabling greater inventory efficiency in line with project requirements.
The service operates under scheduling and predefined conditions.
Packaging and Taping
Preparation and conditioning of finished goods aligned with the client’s logistics specifications.
The service operates under two schemes:
- Implementation of client-defined specifications, including development of the packaging data sheet and the use of supplied inputs.
- Development and quotation of a packaging solution aligned with protection, handling, and transport requirements, including selection and supply of inputs.
Caps and Masking for Tape-Free Areas
We engineer solutions to cover screws, threads, and identified areas on parts that must remain free of paint — whether for subsequent assembly, physical grounding, or protecting specific markings on the part. Once the engineering is developed, this masking process is quoted as part of the painting service.
Foreign Trade & Tax Schemes
Operation under IMMEX schemes and VAT-IEPS certification when required by the project, enabling 0%-rate billing in accordance with the applicable fiscal framework.
