- Flexible scheduling and installed capacity capable of responding to a wide range of production volumes.
7 application lines at your service
We leverage innovative technology to deliver cost-effective, environmentally responsible coating solutions.
Our electrostatic powder coating process is built on 7 specialized application lines, each configured to meet specific material and performance requirements.
We work with premium inputs to deliver the best results
To ensure maximum adhesion and anti-corrosion performance, our pretreatment systems operate under multi-metal iron phosphate schemes and zirconium-based nano-ceramic technologies, configured for both ferrous and non-ferrous parts and engineered to deliver corrosion resistance and performance aligned with technical requirements.
We use a variety of resins — epoxy, polyester, and hybrid — to deliver uniform, high-performance finishes resistant to abrasion and UV exposure.
Versatility for short runs and high-volume production

Frequently Asked Questions
Service is a fundamental part of our work. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions about our solutions.
-
Which resin types do you use (epoxy, polyester, hybrid), and how do you choose the right one for my application?
It depends on environmental exposure and performance requirements: epoxy for interior applications and chemical resistance, polyester or hybrid for exterior use or high durability.
-
What is the maximum part size you can coat?
Maximum dimensions of 6.00 m x 0.90 m x 1.50 m (length x width x height) and up to 400 kg per part.
-
What level of corrosion resistance do you guarantee, and which laboratory tests back it up?
Corrosion resistance is defined by the client’s technical specification and the selected paint. We validate through tests such as ASTM B117 (salt spray), ASTM D3359 (adhesion), and ASTM D523 (gloss), achieving results aligned with each project’s requirements.
The range can run from 500 hours up to more than 1,000 hours in a salt-spray chamber.
-
Do you control color and finish according to RAL or Pantone specifications?
Yes — we use a spectrophotometer and dedicated areas with controlled lighting to validate color uniformity, gloss, and texture, ensuring compliance with RAL, Pantone, or other client-defined specifications.
-
Does the service include pretreatment or only powder coating?
Yes — we integrate degreasing, pretreatment (phosphate, multi-metal, or nano-ceramic depending on the specification), electrostatic application, and thermal curing, all under a documented control and traceability system.
-
Which certifications back your quality system?
We operate under IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, integrating process control, batch-level traceability, and statistical process control (SPC) as part of our operational discipline.
