We recover your parts through a safe paint-removal and rust-cleaning process, securing delivery continuity and enabling the efficient reuse of hangers and racks.
Our service achieves deep, thorough cleaning
- Specialized removal of organic materials such as liquid paint, powder coating, plastic, or rubber from hanging racks and metal parts.
- Infrastructure composed of 3 fluidized bed units that remove these materials through a combination of temperature and mechanical friction with silica sand.
- A subsequent chemical pickling stage ensures complete cleaning before reintegration into the production process.
A critical component of our industrial finishing cycle
Stripping is performed using a fluidized bed system, in which racks and compatible metal parts are exposed to controlled temperature to degrade the existing coating. The agitation of silica sand and hot air enables uniform paint removal without direct mechanical intervention.
Exposure time is defined by the coating type and load volume, with a typical duration of about one hour per cycle.
Parts then move through a chemical pickling stage that removes residual material and conditions the surface for reuse. The system is designed exclusively for carbon steel; other materials are evaluated based on technical compatibility.
The process delivers thorough cleaning of metal racks
- Equipment: we operate three stripping units and a dedicated chemical pickling area.
- Main applications: cleaning of frames, hanging racks, metal supports, and parts with finish defects.
We recover your hanging racks and parts with cosmetic defects
This process only accepts ferrous metals with an organic coating such as liquid paint, powder coating, plastic, or rubber.
Operating temperature starts at 450°C and can reach close to 500°C.

Frequently Asked Questions
Service is a fundamental part of our work. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions about our solutions.
-
What stripping methods do you use?
The process combines thermal removal using a fluidized bed with a subsequent chemical pickling stage to remove residues and provide a final surface conditioning.
-
Which materials can you strip without damaging the surface?
The process is designed for carbon-steel parts that are compatible with thermal exposure. The materials that can be removed are organic compounds such as liquid paint, powder coating, plastic, and rubber. Feasibility is validated beforehand based on the material and the component’s condition.
-
What is the average cycle time?
The typical process time is close to one hour per load, which may vary depending on coating type and thickness.
-
What safety and environmental control measures do you apply?
The process operates under internal protocols for safety, emissions control, and solid-waste management, in line with established environmental compliance practices.
-
Is there a post-process inspection?
Each load is visually inspected at the end of the process to verify coating removal and is logged in a record book under internal controls.
